What about the Shipping Policy ?

Prime Lux Party Rental is one of the largest and finest party rental equipment facilities . Our inventory includes large party tents , banquet furniture, wedding accessories, restaurant equipment and much more. We serve CT, all areas of Long Island ( including the Hamptons), NYC and Westchester , New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rode Island.

How soon do I have to place my order?

The sooner the better. For Tents and large scale events you should be thinking of months in advance or even earlier.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery charge is based on where you are located, the size of your order and the time in which you place an order.

When do you deliver?

We usually make deliveries on the day of function, a day before base on availability/ request, all rentals are for 24hrs. Some venues require same day pick up after hours, this will incur an additional service fee. Please have all orders ready for pick -up the day after your event. Please know during high volume seasons we may have to deliver a few days prior to your event and pick up a few days after. This will be discussed and documented on your order.

Can you deliver without me being there?

Yes, provided that we can leave equipment in a garage or a covered porch and you have already signed and faxed back a rental agreement to our office.

What is your cancellation charge?

If cancellation occurs 60-days prior to your event, You will get a full refund. Less then 30-days, there is a 50% cancellation fee. All orders cancelled within 72-hours of day of delivery will be subject to a 80% cancellation fee. On the day of event, or once your rentals have been loaded in vehicle, or delivered to your party location and then you cancel, the full rental would apply.

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

No we do not set up or break down. if this service is needed it can be arranged for an additional fee which will be added and noted on invoice.

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

No. Just shake it out to remove any debris. Linens returned wet will mildew and will be subject to loss of deposit and/or payment to replace damaged linen.

Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware?

No, but rinsing and /or scraping them free of food and debris is required. Cleaning charges will apply if the items are not returned in reasonably sanitary condition.

I’ve got a price from a competitor and its lower, will you match it?

We will, if it is reasonable. Usually this applies to large scale, but we will certainly review your order based on the details of what you need and the time of year.
